EXPERIENCED BANKRUPTCY LAWYER
Dallas County | Tarrant County Texas, Bankruptcy Law Firm
We provide a high level of client-oriented service for a bankruptcy law firm.
Most bankruptcy attorneys give their clients a lecture and a packet of information, including lengthy bankruptcy petitions that clients are expected to complete. At the Law Office Al Malone we give you the respect and service you deserve.
During your initial bankruptcy consultation we will take the time to do a Chapter 7 bankruptcy means test so you’ll know from the outset exactly what your options are. And rather than giving you a long form to fill out listing all of your assets and debts, we’ll complete your bankruptcy petition with you at our office. We will ask you the same types of questions that a bankruptcy trustee will ask you so you will know what to expect.
In addition, we are one of the few bankruptcy law firms in the DFW area that offers payment plans to our clients. We also provide personal, hands-on service. If you have any questions, you’ll have a lawyer to advise you every step of the way. Unlike many other attorneys, we actually return phone calls. In most cases, you will hear back from one of our lawyers later in the same day you call us with a question.
Free bankruptcy consultation: Call 817-953-3112 or fill out our contact form to discuss your case with a Texas bankruptcy attorney at no charge.
